Shipping
We offer fast and reliable shipping for your order:

• Free shipping: From an order value of CHF 90.00 we deliver your package free of charge.
• Shipping costs for orders under 90.00 CHF: For orders from 0.01 CHF to 89.99 CHF we charge a flat rate of 5.90 CHF.

Depending on the delivery address, we ship with Swiss Post or DHL. Your parcel will be delivered within the specified delivery time. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not present, the delivery person will leave a notification with information about collection.

Please note: We cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. If the parcel is not collected, it will not be sent again.

Returns
As our products are cosmetic items, returns are excluded unless there are clear defects in the product. However, if a product is faulty, please contact our customer service - we will find a solution!
